You can choose to pay for your order via online banking or EFT. You can also pay with cash at any of our retail partners such as Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Spar, Makro, Game, Flash stores, etc. If you pay with cash, you will receive a reference number in an SMS that we’ll send to you. Present this reference number to our retailer partners and pay the exact amount of cash to complete your order.

Mama’s fee is 5% or less for sending money to Uganda. It depends on how much you send. a) If you send R500 the fee will be R24b) If you send R1000 the fee will be R48c) If you R10,000 the fee will be R250

Once your account is activated, you can transfer up to R5000 per order and up to R25,000 per month. You can also upgrade your account to send higher limits of up to R50,000 per order and R100,000 per month.
